As part of our commitment to provide employment opportunities for the local community we were pleased to be part of last week’s Epping Forest Consortium Career Fest at New City College, Epping Forest Campus.
It was great to have the opportunity to meet so many students and discuss the apprenticeships and future career opportunities within the Group.
Ben Johnson, Managing Director of Qualis Management comments, “The Career Fest was an excellent opportunity for 14 to 19 year olds to come together and meet a wide range of employers under one roof. We were really pleased to have had so much interest in our future roles.
“As a growing local employer, we were also able to engage with future talent and offer our collective experience on how to get into our exciting sector.
Students were able to meet members of the Qualis Management team during the event, including Jake Evans, Operations Manager (Repairs). Jake was able to discuss first hand his career progression from a multi trade apprentice to his managerial position within the company.
