This professional platform was established in 1999 for those delivering in-house repairs and maintenance services, to further advance excellence in social housing maintenance by responding positively to change and exploring new and innovative ways that members can deliver services. Direct Works now has over 120 social housing organisations across the UK, who are maintaining more than 2.2 million homes.
