Qualis Management is expanding its team with the recruitment of three new roles within the business. The company, which took over Epping Forest District Council’s housing repairs and void services at the end of September 2020, is encouraging people from the local community to join the company.
This is a really exciting time for the company as it continues to improve on its performance each month and is investing in new systems to provide the most efficient and effective service for its customers and take on new work streams. Customer satisfaction is pivotal and Qualis Management is also committed to finding environmentally responsible ways to work.
The new roles currently available are:
Quantity Surveyor – You will work with the Managing Director to develop new business cases, assist with mobilisation of new work streams, undertake procurement exercises and review our commercial costs to achieve value for money.
Maintenance Supervisor – This is a key role in the business. You will lead a team of multi-skilled trade operatives to complete maintenance work to a high standard. You will be commercially minded and have great leadership and customer service skills.
Multi-Skilled Operative – Roofer – You will be customer focused and be primarily skilled in roofing works but have secondary trade skills. We are looking for commercially minded people who can deliver high quality work.
