Qualis Management has appointed Laker BMS as its main sub-contractor partner for the next five years. The partnership will deliver planned and voids work while achieving increased value for money.
Qualis Management provides maintenance services to tenants renting their homes from Epping Forest District Council. It has ambitious plans to generate savings and expand its maintenance service offer to the council over the next four years.
