Following the company gaining planning permission for five key development sites in Epping Town Centre, Qualis Commercial has expanded its team with the appointment of Emily Gilchrist as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Emily has nearly 20 years’ experience working in residential property, having originally trained as an Architect at UCL before joining Taylor Wimpey where she spent 16 years, initially starting on their graduate training programme, before moving over into the sales and marketing division. She has extensive experience in the East London and Essex market, having worked on a range of sites including Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and more locally the Guilden Park consortium development in Harlow.

Emily comments, “I am really pleased to be joining Qualis Commercial at this exciting and crucial time as we start work on the five sites in Epping Town Centre. This role appealed to me as it provides a unique opportunity to set up the sales and marketing department and apply my wealth of experience working in the Essex market.

“The pipeline of sites we have coming through are in really fantastic locations and I am looking forward to working with the team to bring them to fruition.”

In February Qualis Commercial achieved planning for five key development sites in Epping Town centre, which includes 269 high quality new homes, a new multi-storey car park, commercial units, and a new leisure centre.

Simon Rutter, Managing Director for Qualis Commercial said, “We are delighted to welcome Emily to lead the residential sales and marketing for the company. Emily has huge experience of the local residential market and this will be invaluable as we drive forward the  sites and bring them to market early next year.”
