Qualis Commercial has appointed two Development Managers to expand its development team and work alongside Development Director, Simon Rutter.
Karen Telling is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with over 25 years’ experience working on a broad range of retail, mixed use and urban regeneration projects including residential, hotels, cinemas, offices and listed buildings.
Chartered Surveyor, Ross Sampford has over 15 years’ experience in property and development, including commercial, mixed use and residential, delivering complex refurbishments and new build developments.
Simon Rutter, Development Director of Qualis Commercial comments, “We are delighted to welcome Karen and Ross to the team. It’s a really exciting time for Qualis Commercial, with our first five projects currently submitted for planning, and a pipeline of further projects coming through. Ross and Karen have a broad skill set and will work closely with stakeholders and the local community to help shape the future of the District.”
