From Friday 1st April 2022 Qualis Management will be responsible for providing the gas breakdown and annual servicing to customers renting their homes from Epping Forest District Council.
Following the end of EFDC’s contract with Gracelands CMS, Qualis Management will now be responsible for all the breakdown and servicing of tenanted homes and larger blocks, which includes sheltered housing schemes and temporary accommodation. Customers will continue to receive high levels of service, delivered by some of the same staff who have transferred to Qualis Management.
