We are proud to show our support for Armed Forces Week which gives us all the chance to celebrate and give much deserved recognition to the whole Armed Forces community.
As a company we recognise that Veterans and Reservists have a wealth of transferable skills which are invaluable to our industry, and with approximately 120,000 veterans of working age unemployed we need to do something to help them into a new career.

We recognise that those leaving the Forces already have so many positive attributes which bring significant value to any business.”
The Career Transition Partnership provides resettlement services to those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Marines and operate as an intermediary service for employers wishing to hire Service leavers. To date it has helped over 235,000 service leavers transition to civilian lives and thousands of organisations looking to employ ex-service personnel.
Building Heroes provides skills training to Military Veterans and support into employment in the building trades. Its aim is to tackle unemployment amongst those who have kept us safe by offering a seamless transition to a new career in construction.
