We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. You will be customer focused and come from a contracting background. The role is to setup and lead our voids and planned maintenance teams to deliver diverse refurbishment projects for our social housing client.
In return, we are offering a salary of between £42,000 to £45,000 per annum, with discretionary performance related bonus.
- 25 days AL + bank holidays
- 40 hours per week
- Head Office- Loughton
