We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join our Qualis commercial team.

We are looking for a candidate with strong track record in commercial and residential development and project delivery within the private and/ or public sector to manage the development of Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use Projects from inception through to sale, working closely with colleagues within QCL, external consultants, the Quails Group, and its shareholder Epping Forest District Council.

You will report initially to the Managing Director of Qualis Commercial and the job offers not only a competitive salary but flexible working, an employer contribution pension, bonus and health care, as well as life assurance and 25 days a year holiday allowance.
